If your toilet is blocked, stop flushing to avoid an overflow and turn off the water at the isolation valve behind the cistern. Try a plunger once or twice. If the water still does not drain, or other fittings gurgle, the blockage is further down — call 07718 185128 and we will clear it.

Can I keep flushing to clear a blocked toilet?
No. Each flush adds more water to a pan that cannot drain and risks an overflow. Turn off the isolation valve on the cistern feed and use a plunger instead.
Why does my toilet keep blocking?
The usual causes are wet wipes, sanitary products, too much paper or a partial blockage further down the drain. If it happens repeatedly, the drain itself may need clearing or jetting.
Do you repair Saniflo toilets?
Yes. We repair, descale and replace Saniflo and other macerator units, and clear the small-bore pipework they pump into.
