Our story
Built around emergencies, trusted for everything else
Emergency Plumber London provides plumbing, heating and drainage services to homes and businesses across the capital, from our base at Linen Hall on Regent Street. Our plumbers and heating engineers handle everything from small repairs to new builds and renovations.
Emergencies are our speciality — we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — but we take just as much pride in the everyday jobs: the dripping tap, the new bathroom, the boiler that needs replacing before winter.
Severe plumbing problems cause more damage the longer they are left, and we will never take advantage of an urgent situation. Our prices are published, and we explain the work and the cost before we start.

Qualified plumber
Ali joined us as an apprentice and is following his father, Ronnie, into the trade — aiming to be the fourth generation of plumbers in his family. He says the best part of the job is arriving at a stressful call-out and leaving the customer relieved. Outside work he enjoys cooking, classic cars and photography.
